Shipping & Delivery
All in stock merchandise ships within three (3) business days. For all plywood and melamine drawers please allow 10 (10) to fifteen (15) working days. For all solid wood drawers allow twelve (12) to seventeen (17) working days.
Please be aware that if you are ordering multiple items (drawers, hardware, drawer fronts ,cabinet doors or any accessories), some items may ship separately. Please feel free to call us for updates or simply send us an email requesting information.
Local customers ( San Diego County, California ) may choose will call pick-up or delivery by UDB Truck. Please call our office at (619) 873-4240 to ad this option to your account. All others will be shipped by Federal Express, UPS, Freight or USPS as specified by the customer.
We reserve the right to change shipping methods when necessary to insure better service. Larger orders are generally shipped via freight due to weight limits and to reduce damage incidents. All shipments are insured.
We recently added a new option, which allows customers to use their own shipper or to use their own UPS or FedEx shipping account. If this option is chosen ( My Own Provider), customer is responsible for scheduling of merchandise pick up from our facility, after receiving notice that the order is completed and ready to ship. We will provide weight, dimensions and all necessary information required by the shipping company.
Customer will have to schedule a pick up within seven (7) working days after receiving shipment information. If the customer fails to schedule a pick up or communicate with us,we will ship the merchandise using the cheapest available way and charge the customer's credit card.
Certain heavy or oversized items may not qualify for FedEx delivery and will be shipped by freight lines.
Freight surcharges will apply. If the item is temporarily out of stock we will notify you accordingly. Occasionally for the speed and convenience we will ship merchandise directly from the manufacturer or our other distribution center.
A $7 handling fee is added to orders
Shipping Within the Continental US
Shipping costs will be calculated from the shipping rate charts using the total weight of the order and the mode of shipping. We normally ship via FedEx Ground. For residents of San Diego County we will deliver via our trucks or you may pick up at our shop. You will be advised of shipping costs before you complete the order.
Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii
Yes, we do ship to Alaska and Hawaii.

The shipping charge on your order is ONLY for shipping. Customer is responsible for any and all duties, gst-customs fees, brokerage fees, pst, and duty disbursement charges

Damaged/ Incorrect Order
If you have received a damaged or defective item, please refer to our return and exchange policy, then contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org call (619) 873-4240 with information as to what is wrong with the item and whether you are requesting an exchange or a refund. Please include your Order Number.
