What is a registered customer?

To become a registered customer, when you place your first order, follow the instructions to obtain a user name and password. This will afford you the convenience of not having to type your information each time you order. It is retrieved automatically from our database. You will then be able to view your account history, change your information, etc. This process does not compromise your privacy rights or security in any way, nor does it change our policy with regard to how your information is used.


How can I confirm that you received my order?

If your order was successful, after you have clicked the final “Pay Now” button, two things will happen: • A screen will be displayed which contains your order number. • You will receive an order confirmation and receipt within minutes. If the confirmation does not arrive, check to be sure your e-mail address was typed in correctly. • You my also log in using your e-mail and password you selected when you checked out and view your history.


What are your return policies?

If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may returned within 30 days of receipt. We will refund the purchase price or exchange it, whichever you prefer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Items must be sand in original packaging, in unused condition. After 30 days no returns will be accepted.

Custom made drawers are nonrefundable. More information is listed on our policies page.


I'm not comfortable giving my credit card information over the internet. Are there alternative ways to order?

On the first page of the checkout process you can click on “Checkout” and you will be able to indicate if you want to order by fax or mail. When you select fax or mail, none of your credit card information will be sent over the Internet. An order form will be created containing your name, address and the items selected. You can then print the page, write your credit card information on it and send it to us as indicated


Can I order samples?

The process to order samples is the same as for other items. More detailed information is contained on our policies page.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes. The complete information is listed on our policies page. Please read it carefully as it differs from orders placed for the Continental US with regard to shipping prices and methods.
